in 60-90 seconds.  Have you achieved failure when (1) you can&#39;t complete the full movement from start position to finish position -- maybe you can get only
halfway there, or (2) not until you can&#39;t get another repetition started at all?

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;ve been reading <span style="font-style: italic;">The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution</span>, and on Saturday I tried to put the program into practice for
the first time.  The book says to take 3 seconds to move the first inch, then move 1 inch per second for the next 7 seconds.  That works out to a total of only
8 inches of movement, yet many of the exercises appear to require considerably more movement than that.  For example, my guess is that the biceps curl takes at
least 18 inches of... ]]></description>

rest 2-3 days, quad focus one day, hip focus the next, a forearm routine and sometimes a spinal routine. I&#39;m training 2-4 X a week depending how I feel,

			<title><![CDATA[ 10/10 rep speed and the high fat diet ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>For years I performed all my reps with an 18-24 second rep cadence depending on the exercise. The last couple of years my training partner and I had gone
towards a 5 second postive and a five second negative. The last couple of workouts we went back to a 10/10 protocol. I had forgotten how intense this protocol
can be. The metabolic effect and muscular loading are unparelled. Maybe Ken Hutchins was right, it is the ultimate in exercise protocol.</p>
