			<description><![CDATA[ I just took my annual PT test for the Air Force.  I passed, however it was painful.  I did very well on the push-ups and sit-ups.  Then I ran 1.5 miles.  Above
the knees, I felt great.  Aerobically, I had never felt better in my life.   But, my calves and ankles felt like someone took a torch and lit them on fire; 
and it happened early.  I have been doing full leg workouts (squats, leg curls, knee extensions, calf raises) for about two years now.   My time ended up about
3 minutes slower... ]]></description>
