Just curious. I am wondering how I will train my son if he shows an interest. I am leaning towards HIT type stuff, twice a week full body.
Your girls put enough energy into a set to justify only one set? I'd probably have my son do 2-3 sets on the big lifts just to get a little practice on the form.
