I enjoy your posts and I respect your expertise, opinions, and intelligence. Just a quick question (okay, maybe a couple of them): You are not a Slowburner, I take it. What is your approximate rep speed and how did you come about it? I consider myself a slowburner, but I don't do 10/10 anymore; I do about 6/6, which is still pretty darned slow compared to some of my peers at the gym who look like they are in a race. I feel I have made a little bit more progress with that slight uptick in my rep speed.
Also, what do you think of "drop sets"? I've started doing those lately and I really feel it!
