This is why you should never use your joints and expose them to force, sure it may cause an adaptive increase in joint strength but if you don't stress them ever then you can never damage them with stress so this is obviously the logical choice unless of course you decide it isn't... and so Justin is being entirely consistent about his inconsistency in choosing to run... or in all probability, not to run.
